COVID-19 update for Lancaster County

The Lancaster County Health Department announced no new deaths for the community today but 50 new cases of COVID-19.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) announced 50 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported for Sunday.

This brings the community total to 27,154.

No new deaths were reported in the community today, that total remains at 208.

More than 10,942 people have recovered from the virus.

The positivity rate so far this week is 22.9%.

So far, 70,900 people have registered for the vaccine.
