LPD: Woman involved in Tuesday crash dies from injuries

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Lincoln Police have confirmed that a woman who was hit by a car late Tuesday night has died.

The Lincoln Police Department says Courtney Hubbell, 29, died from her injuries suffered when she was hit by a vehicle on West O Street near Northwest 20th Street.

On Wednesday, police said witnesses say the vehicle had a green light. Drugs and alcohol were not involved, according to authorities.

So far, the driver of the vehicle involved has been cooperative with officials, and no citations have been issued at this time.
