LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska Athletics) — Nebraska’s J’Shawn Unger has been named one of 14 finalists for the 21st annual National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Stopper of the Year Award, presented to the nation’s top relief pitcher.

The right-hander is fifth nationally with 13 saves this season, which is tied for third-most in a season by a Husker pitcher in program history.
