Roundup: Lincoln-area high school football games, Oct. 21

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Here the results of six of the top high school football games in the Lincoln area on Friday night.

Malcolm 62, Wilber-Clatonia 28: The Clippers dominated, never turning the ball over, in Channel 8’s Game of the Week. Malcolm earned its first undefeated season since 1999.

Omaha Westside 63, Lincoln Northeast 7: Houston, we have a problem. The Rockets got walloped by the Warriors, losing by more than 50 points.

Lincoln Pius X 41, Norris 17: The Thunderbolts struck first, with a rushing touchdown by senior running back Matt Bohy. He scored two more to power Pius to a big win.

Millard South 34, Lincoln High 14: The Patriots planted their flag in the Capital City, thanks in part to a strong defense, which shut out Lincoln in the first half.

Lincoln Lutheran 44, Milford 18: The Warriors are almost certain to be in the Class C2 playoffs after cruising to a win.

Seward 41, Beatrice 20: Bluejays quarterback Kalen Knott had a strong showing, to say the least, scoring all of Seward’s touchdowns.
