Sir Paul McCartney hangs out with Warren Buffett

Social media was buzzing with sightings of Sir Paul McCartney and Warren Buffett in Omaha Sunday night. They were out on the town and gave one lucky fan a birthday she’ll never forget.

Pictures were all over twitter after McCartney and Buffett were spotted at an Omaha restaurant.

Katy Clarke of Omaha was celebrating her 24th birthday in the Dundee neighborhood when she saw the pair and snapped a photo.

“Sir Paul looks up at us and he goes, ‘Hi ladies’, in his cute little British accent and we were like ‘Hi!’, I popped out a brief, ‘It’s my birthday,’ Clarke said.

Clarke says the British superstar gave her a birthday kiss on the cheek. The moment was caught on camera by Clarke’s mother. She says it’s blurry because she was shaking from excitement.

“He’s like, ‘Well you’ve got to sit right here,’ and he plops me down right in between him and Warren Buffet and I get my pictures taken and in my head I’m just like oh my gosh.”

Sir Paul and Buffett made another stop at an area ice cream shop, met by fans taking pictures and hoping to meet the famous pair.

This lucky fan’s photo went viral. Tom White snapped this selfie with the two sitting casually on the bench behind him.

As for Clarke, she says she unfortunately won’t be attending McCartney’s concert in Lincoln, but will never forget her 24th birthday.

“that was awesome because you know, 24…you’re just like cool, it’s 24 but this made 24 very memorable.”

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) _ Pictures of billionaire Warren Buffett and Paul McCartney enjoying ice cream together in Buffett’s hometown of Omaha are popping up online.

Buffett and McCartney grabbed ice cream Sunday night in Omaha’s Dundee neighborhood after dining out together. Fans of the investor and the former Beatle snapped pictures of the two men as they enjoyed their treat on a bench outside the ice cream shop.

McCartney is scheduled to perform Monday night at the Pinnacle Bank Arena Monday night. Buffett is chairman and CEO of the Berkshire Hathaway conglomerate.
