I-80 in Nebraska reopens after winter storm shut it down for several hours

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A part of Interstate 80 in Nebraska was shut down Friday due to heavy snow.
Eastbound I-80 was closed from Ogallala to Gothenburg, and westbound I-80 was closed from Kearney to Paxton.
Around 4:30 p.m., the Nebraska Department of Transportation said I-80 was reopened. Highway 30 was also reopened.
But officials said drivers should still use caution, as roads could still be slick.
