Severe storm potential for Wednesday, October 30, 2024

Strong to severe storms are possible starting early Wednesday morning for SE Nebraska and may last into Wednesday afternoon.

Below is a quick video explaining the severe weather threats and the timing of the storms.

Storms will move from NW to SE and as they do, colder air will be pulled down with it. Temperatures are expected to slowly but surely fall during the day. The wind will start to subside, as well.

We quiet down and cool off for the rest of the week. Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with highs near normal!

More shower and storm chances move into our area Saturday. More chances come our way Sunday and into next week, as well.
