Husker soccer team heads to Louisville to kick off the season

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska soccer team opens its regular season against Louisville Cardinals on Wednesday, Aug. 12. The game is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.

The next game will be against South Dakota Coyotes at the Barbara Hibner Stadium on Sunday, Aug. 16.

The Husker soccer team will host 10 regular-season home games this year.

Kayma Carpenter, Ella Guyott and Ella Rudney were each named Big Ten Players to Watch. Along with that, 10 letterwinners are returning to the Huskers from last year’s team.
