NDOT announces added weight restriction on Crete bridge
CRETE, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) has implemented a weight restriction to a bridge on the west side of Crete.
The bridge, Highway 33 Bridge, over Big Blue River, had a recent inspection.
It is now restricted to 17 tons for a single-unit truck, 25 tons for semi-trucks and 30 tons for multi-trailer trucks.
Weight limit signs have been added.
