LATEST: Lincoln parking ban has ended
As temperatures continue dropping, Channel 8 will be giving you all the updates you need to know

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- Since our last update, the snow emergency and parking bans in Lincoln have ended. The City ended them at 8 p.m. on Sunday.
As of 5:15 a.m. Monday morning, 20 crews are applying a sand/salt mix to arterial streets, bus, and school routes.

Wind chill values are at -25 degrees this morning, and it doesn’t look to be warming up anytime soon. The Wind Chill Advisory has been expanded further eastward.
