LPD: Stolen catalytic converters cost Lincoln business thousands

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Officers with the Lincoln Police Department (LPD) were called to Farmer’s Edge, 8301 Cody Dr. where catalytic converters were taken from four work trucks.

The report came in Monday, around 11 a.m. but the thefts are believed to have occurred sometime over the last month.

The mechanic estimates the cost of the repairs at nearly $2,000 per vehicle.
