Wichita State pitcher Jace Kaminska transfers to Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Wichita State pitcher Jace Kaminska is taking his talents to Nebraska, Husker247 reports.
Before entering the transfer portal, the Kansas native spent his first two seasons as a Shocker, earning himself multiple awards as a freshman.
In 2021, Kaminska was the American Athletic Conference Newcomer Pitcher of the Year and All-Conference First Team honoree.
He also ended the season 8-1, with two complete games and a 2.32 ERA.
Kaminska’s 2022 season was less exciting, with a 3-9 record and a 5.49 ERA. The team struggled overall and ended with a 21-36 record.
On Wednesday, Southern Miss designated hitter Charlie Fischer announced his commitment to the team.
