The agency said the largest of the blazes, the Eureka Valley Fire, is 70% contained.
The others are 30% contained.
In total, the three fires have burned about 4,000 acres, authorities said.
Multiple wildfires in the county were extinguished earlier this week.
Fire departments from throughout Nebraska have traveled to Custer County to help.
The Broken Bow Area Rotary Club posted a video showing vehicles from 46 agencies. It said that didn’t include another department that was still on the scene of a fire.
